They are responsive, quick, and understand and anticipate our needs. For example, for a meeting room conferencing they installed state of the art system that was surprisingly cost effective. Danny, Terry and the Help Desk team have all been terrific. Danny spent hours researching to find us a unique warehouse broadcasting solution. And during one of the biggest events in our small company’s history, moving warehouses, Terry embedded himself physically with our team until all questions were answered and issues resolved. Bottom line is high end yet practical and personal service. Couldn’t be happier.
